My husbanda bail been denied by sessions coury under 498a. What are the chances of bail from the high court?

The anticipatory bail is declined by The session court and now Ur husband is before the Hon able High court and it is the discretion of high court to give him concession of bail or decline his bail but decision of high court will be depend upon the allegations mentioned in the FIR

Q: Pension receiving less than actual

I am 79 years old, pensioner of Education Department in PUNJAB. I am receiving lesser pension for last 09 months. My actual pension is 27,000.00 but getting 22,000.00. Where should I complaint or tell me the process to get my pension.

For this U firstly approached Ur department and give an application regarding ur complaint and if they not resolved the same U can file a writ petition before the Punjab and haryana High court directly

I AM DOING SMALL FINANCE BUSINESS IN MY FREIND CIRCLE. I DO AGREEMENT AND TAKE CHEQUES. THERE IS ONE LINE WRITTEN IN AGREEMENT THAT LIABILITY WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THAT PERSONS FAMILY / LEGAL HIERS IN CASE OF HIS DEATH. Yes U can recover the amount from the legal heirs of deceased but for this U must show that they inherited the property of deceased and in case of cheque U have to make a story that deceased took the amount From U And gave u post dated cheque in lieu of his legal liability but before the said date he died so U not presented the cheque for encashment

yes U can file complaint before the consumer redressal form for deficiency services against the Concerned company as well as the concerned service centre of the company. U can send mails to the company regarding Ur send a mail regarding Ur complaint so I U can prove that U approached the company regarding Ur complaint but company didn't give any heed to Ur problem
