Sir Agar wrong warrant order ho jaye to kya kare .Hum jis property mein rehte hai waha 33 years ho gaye .mere father ke name se case tha 6 year pehle unki death ho gayi .Jiske sath case chal raha tha wo ye property nazayaz tarike se hadpana chahta hai usne na Court mein property documents show Kiye hai na trust deed kyu ki is property ka koi owner nhi hai .Ab usne almed aur baillief ko Paisa khila kar judge ko wrong report de kar hamein jagah Khali krne ke warrant order niklwa diye hai . Warrant order cancel krwane ke liye karna padega . please ap meri help karo

you need to appear in the court and file the objections in the petition, in which the warrants have been issued. Along with this, you have to challenge the judgement and decree on the basis of which the warrants in question have been issued.

after divorce the marriage certificate has no value. No need to do anything. No date is removed. in case you will go register for your next marriage, you need to show yourself as a divorcee and present the divorce decree

Mera mutual divorce ke liye settlement ho gya, mere uper 125, 498A and 406 case chal rahe hai, half payment first motion pe de di hai aur pending payment second motion pe deni hai, first motion ki statement mein wife ne likha hai woh sabi pending case vapas le legi jab second motion pe pending payment mil jayegi, after divorce kya wo sare case vapas lene k liye bond ho jayegi ya fr case vapas lene ko mna v kr skti hai ? No need to take risk. ask her to take all the cases back before the second motion, which is the norm in these instances. if she fails to take the cases back after divorce, then you will have to chase her. though it would be difficult for her to continue with the suits. However, she can delay it by not appearing in the courts or you will have to file a contempt petition against her.

I want to know that how can i take divorce in short time period after 2 years of separation(Sikh couple). I got married 2 years ago and came aboard on same day and my husband was in india till now. We never talked as a couple , no bonding, no understanding and want to take divorce. But i am in other country,so may i take divorce from where i’m living or i have to go to india ? The shortest period to take divorce is to file mutual divorce, meaning both you and your husband jointly file the petition before the court. for this both of you should agree. you need to come in person for this or need to send the attorney for the same. If your husband does not agree on this then you need to file divorce petition from your side. you need to file divorce in india, as the divorce out of India won't be recognised in India
