Mental harassment by neighbor, can complaint be filed against him?

Our neighbour is very shrewd,they are mentally harrasing is since last 3 years and now we have lost our father they are becoming more aggressive and problematic to us.They paas comments and played sarcastically with us.As my brother has started living in Gurgaon now so we are all females living in the house .day after the family are becoming a big problem to us.
If you're being harassed together with the other female members in the house, approach the nearest Police Station/women police cell and lodge a FIR against your neighbours. Give details of specific instances of harassment so that police may take stock of the situation and thereupon take action against the accused.

You can make a complain for mental harassment against your neighbour. Technically your complaint must be more elaborative so that the type and naturebof harassment must be explained and proved. You can lodge an FIR or can file a complaint case before the court directly.
