How to file a complaint against neighbour who broke my premises
25-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
80% of the people in our town are staying illegally including me, but we pay tax to the Government annually, I will buy my part in time, but now I can't afford to buy. Now, this neighbor broke part of my compound wall, which is about(2 meters in length and 1 metre in height), without any reason, I haven't said or done anything to them now, I have told my ward councillor to ask him why he broke our wall without any reason, these people are very indecent and illiterate, they don't speak politely and say they will kill me, when I talk about any such issue to them, they start speaking bad words, pass lewd comments and taunts, I've even told the police, and thankfully they've obliged to come if they talk indecently, I never went to the cops, but now my patience is broken, I want to know what are my rights if any? I want to put a case or complaint, which will harm their pockets and make them think twice about breaking other people's things.
Yes of course. You have rights and nobody can violate the same. Kindly get in touch with a lawyer. You can file a criminal complaint against the perpetrators and get protection orders from the court..
It's a serious thing. You should lodge an FIR or file a complaint before the Court since it amounts to criminal intimidation which is a punishable offence. You can file a complaint for outraging the modesty of a women also. You can contact me for further consultation and legal services.
