Complaint against the senior for mental harassment in work place.

i am working in a MNC. my age is 51. from last 2 and half year my boss always make fun of me regarding my age in front of my other staff. compared to other two colleague my performance is good. i have proof of all the parameters which company sees. from last 6 month to remove me my boss played every tactics of harressment. i have recorded the phone calls , in which he has given threat of my job , as well used bad launguage for we all three. on one day i lost my controll and replied him when he used bad language he gave me the ultimatem to leave me the job. he removed my assistant and done every possible act for which my performance will go down. i had lodged a complaint in HR as well cc to all my superiers as well company CEO. its almost 15 days over and still i didnt got any reply. i have already sent first reminder after 7 days. i have submitted two aUDIO CLIPS OF proof to the company regarding mental herrasement. what should i do if HR will not take any action.
There will be Policy framed by the Company for escalation of grievances by the employee against their superiors, and you have all the evidences of the same. Further, it may take some time to reply by HR as they need to investigate the matter and then take action. You can call your HR personnel and inquire with them with respect to status of your complaint. If your HR do not respond then you can escalate the issue to management or you can also write to the management in Head office. You need to have patience also in such kind of matter.

It is a case of criminal intimidation and insult the modesty of woman....you can lodge complaint with police for commission of offence u/s. 504 and 509 of Indian Penal Code. Kindly take care to mention recent incident in the complaint alongwith past experiance..
