If you are hurt severely, you can admit yourelf in a govt hospital and get a wound certificate and file a case. You can directly go to The police station in your jurisdiction and a file a written complaint. Orelse you can file a private complaint in the court too. Ss 319,320,321(if the hurt is grievous),336(if any), 350,351,441,442 of Ipc can be applicable,if any of those offences include the sections. First of all make a complaint.

You can immediately file an FIR on the police station against the said persons. If police is not registering the FIR, you can file it through court. You have to act immediately so that there is not any delay.
