I have a regular civil suit pending can i get passport

Hello Team, I have R.C.S. - Regular Civil Suit pending on my name which has been register just to harass me. As per the documents the case has no weight for sure he is going to loos it . when i checked the status on line it is showing "Unready Board" what this means. Most importantly i am applying for passport does it require NOC from court.

You will have to file an application before the smae court to obtain permissiom to get noc to travel abroad which will ultimately will make u eligibile to get u passport and u will be able to make passport

unready means the case is not ready yet to come on ready board. when you file your version via written statement i.e. answer to the petition filed against you then court will frame issue i.e. points of disputes and then only your matter will be ready. now you can apply for passport as it is a civil case not criminal case.

Unready is the term used to describe a case that has not yet been prepared for insertion on a ready board.
