whats the rule regarding corner site parking

hello sir/madam, recently had an argument with corner site person. his gate is on other side where he parks cars. other side space is empty. al these 20years no one objected while cars are parked. this person starts shouting that these side of road also belongs to him and need parking for his tenants and visitors. I politely told him that if theres a empty space one can park there cars but he starting shouting and declares that no one should park.kindly enligten what shud be done.

1. if the person is objecting to park vehicles on the other side of the gate, then you have to file the case before the court for getting the vehicle parked on the other side of the gate. the court will grant the injunction order against the person who is objecting you to park vehicles. court also will pass order to park your vehicles.

Pl watch Tamil movie 'Parking'. It will be sensible handling that's required in this situation rather going by who is correct and who has a right over a road side parking which is not prohibited/no parking area
