Expedite DV case citing health reasons

Hello, My sister has filed a DV case against my husband on 9-March-2021. However, the case is still in the Notice_Unready stage and I have got 3 dates so far with no action taken. My sister is suffering from chronic liver and autoimmune disease and her mental condition is also not in better shape these days. Her husband is staying in the US and has abandoned her in INDIA. How can I request the court to expedite my case citing health reasons? and How can I force my sister's husband to come to India so that he could be trialed and we shall seek justice?

As there is a mistake in your question wherein you have mentioned that the case is filed against your husband... still keeping in view that she has filed the same against her husband. She already had filed the case ... to expedite the same you will have to approach High Court... as there is a SOP has been brought by high court for the courts in this pendamic... courts are only working for very urgent matters.

File ad-interim application citing your aforesaid grounds/difficulties and move concerned JMFC/MM Court. Request court that urgent orders may be passed. If court refuses/passes orders otherwise, move High Court.
