My wife had filed a DV case from Pune on 26th April, against me and my mother, who are staying in Kolkata. I came to know as she informed me, however, I haven't received any physical notice yet and in ecourt site the case status is showing Unready Board. I wanted to know what does the status mean and, when can I expect a physical notice. As per ecourt the hearing date was 26th July and next on 9th September. So I am not sure what to do.

What does steps mean in court hearing?
Steps refers to the stage in the case where the summons was not served on the respondent. The Petitioner must take the necessary steps to serve the summons by submitting the appropriate application to the court. 2 Feb 2021
What is the meaning of unready board in court case?
Unready means that the case has not been prepared to be placed on the ready board. When you submit your written version, i.e. When you file your written statement i.e. The court will only frame your case after a resolution of all disputes. 29 Aug 2018
What is steps unready in court?
The Court ordered that the plaintiff take steps because summons could not be served to the defendant for some reason. Steps are summons through other means, such as publication in a newspaper, and the plaintiff requested time to seek these steps. Steps are not ready.
This mean there is some technical issues. generally courts like panvel do not update the system online.
