Hi i abscond from my previous employer and when asking for experience letter they don't reply to my mail and even if i offer them to pay off thay deny it so i joined new company and make fake experience letter of that company but(appointment letter and salary slip are genuine ) so during bgv my previous employer saying that he will take legal action against me for fake experience (company is a startup ) what should I do
we need to understand the dispute first , going through the conversatiom you had with the family. Need to see the fake certificate too for the further resolution . i will surely help you with this. please show the relevant things of ur dispute

if you do not have any fraud case against you in your previous company then nobody can sue you. you can file against your company where you are working previously telling them as an employer who was mentally harassing you and him in fringing your right to life by not letting you have your experience letter so that you can join a new company so what you did can be justified
