My D.O.B in Class 10 and 12 Marksheet is misplaced (not correct) and also I have different D.O.B in my Adhar Card , So , Now I want to change my D.O.B in my Both Marksheet . I am a petioner and filed a writ petition in allahabad high court..Writ A regarding service matter..My case is displayed for admission in chief justice court , in online displayed board for 20 minutes duration...when i asked my lawyer he replied that nothing happened in my case and your case will be listed in next week automatically..but my question is that if both petioner and respndents advocates are not present in court then what is going on in court for 20 minutes in my case....

you can give a legal notice to the college for getting the scrutiny of papers done and get it done on prior basis as it does not affect your career and even if the college does not respond you can file a civil suit against the company and get it done by court order.
