Hi i abscond from my previous employer and when asking for experience letter they don't reply to my mail and even if i offer them to pay off thay deny it so i joined new company and make fake experience letter of that company but(appointment letter and salary slip are genuine ) so during bgv my previous employer saying that he will take legal action against me for fake experience (company is a startup ) what should I do

Q: Wrong marks by professor - injustice being done to me

Hello, I am an MBA student. My professor has given me very less marks and I feel my answers deserved more. I have written answers precisely and connected to subject theory. But he is not listening. Its a private university. What options do I have? If I complaint to director, its not sure whether he will support but the professor may take revenge on other small things. Pl. help.

you can give a legal notice to the college for getting the scrutiny of papers done and get it done on prior basis as it does not affect your career and even if the college does not respond you can file a civil suit against the company and get it done by court order.

we can file writ in high court to get the matter disposed soon . high court can give direction in the writ for the final hearing at sdm court. you can reach me for filing the matter at high court. i will get the direction in a month for you from high court

Q: Fraud and Bad Service by Interior Designer and refusal to refund money

I had hired a firm to provide interior design services for my flat. I do not have any contract or paper work as I could not visit the firm as I'm posted in North East and have not visited my home town for more than a year. However I have bank statement of online bank transactions. And also few cost estimates and designs provided by firm and whatsApp chats wherein all work, it's schedule and payment has been discussed. Firm first took money in October last year and didn't start until December. I again made a payment in February so that they start next work as scheduled but now they disagreed on the amount which they had promised to work within, and are saying that they will work only if I pay them more or otherwise they will do work with inferior quality items to make good for the difference in money. I asked them to leave the new work and return money to which they are not responding. Please guide.

Its a matter of unfair trade practise , where the committment made by party regarding service and quality of good made is late on denied. need to file a consumer court complaint. please reach me through my profile i will guide and help you with this matter .
