Q: Wife'e Ex-parte per maintenance order recalled without arrears payment

Wife's ex parte permanent maintenance order recalled without arrears payment.now wife challenge it in the Allahabad high court how much time/ months it will take to get the relief. Dismiss of recall order, payment of arrears or restore the permanent maintenance order as husband recall is based on summon not received but Court noted tamil prayapt.address are correct.two minor kids are suffering financially.dropped from school

it is not clear what you want to ask and what side you are recall of an application happens when it has been dismiss default order and in case of a dismiss order both the parties have to be present and it comes up like different case all together

Q: Attendance When Proceeding Stayed by Allahabad High Court

Hi Sir/Madam,My case has been stayed by Honorable Allahabad High Court as "proceeding stay". I need to know, that after this, should I need to present myself for aattendance in District court regularly or my attendance will also be stayed/forgiven due to stay? Please help.

No the stay is on proceedings but you have to keep track....what kind of case is this if that's a criminal stay than police arrest might have been stayed but your case will move on....you have to be specific which case you got a stay

Q: Loan Recovery without contract

A friend took loan through me stating that he will return it to me by end of the month or the same day. Now he is not returning it, everytime gives me some reason and give me a new date. I think he is doing fraud with me. Can I record his calls? Will it be considered illegal? I don't want him to know about the call recording.

yes you can record calls but they are not primary evidence you should have taken a promissory note and a contract agreement of the amount you have given on loan....but if you have done bank transaction than in that case you have proof of loan amount also now if he is giving fresh dates ask him for a post dated check of that amount and a promissory note

I had purchased the membership vacation domestic plan from carribbean holidays international 35 days +14 days. Paid 80000+ AMC charges. I had not used from last one year. Two times I ask them to book, 2 room for my family members. They refused to book 2 rooms, instead ready to book 1 room and sayings in your membership applicable for 1 room. However when they sold to me. They told me you can book 2 rooms against the no of days, 2 rooms will be treated as count as 2 days from membership.

yes you can file a case of false representation and get compensation for the same for not giving you the services once they promised....keep everything in writing and you can file consumer court case online
