Q: Kids stomping, jumping, running on apartment just above us

Since last 3 months we hv been facing constant running, stomping, jumping by occupants in the floor above our apartment. They have threatened us with various IPCs under child rights. There is a playground in the society, yet they jump around and my entire apartment vibrates. We hv tried all official complaint channels including UPCOP, jansunwai, 112, RWA emails since Dec 2025 & sent legal notice too. They have retaliated & threatened with legal threats. This is unbearable. What are my options?

Q: Recovery of Rs 3 lakhs from Advocate Dushyant Singh Tis Hazari court

I and my widowed mother had loaned rupees three lakhs to advocate Dushyant Singh practising in Tis Hazari court in May 2025. He is yet to return the money. We are helpless please guide , he often makes excuses instead of returning the money.

आप अपना मुकदमा कोर्ट में प्रॉपर तरीके से दर्ज करें रिकवरी सूट के अंदर और बताइए क्या आपने किसी को क्यों पैसे दिए थे एडवोकेट होना आपको डरना नहीं है यह उनका प्रोफेशन है बस सिर्फ इतना अगर आपने किसी को पैसे दिए थे तो वह एडवोकेट होने की वजह से नहीं दिए थे उनको एक इंसान होने की वजह से दिए थे और वह उनकी फीस यदि नहीं थी तो फिर उन्होंने लोन लिया था तो जिस भी वजह से लोन लिया था वह बात बताते हुए आप कोर्ट में मुकदमा फाइल करें अपने लोन के सिवा अपना लीगल एक्सपेंस भी कोर्ट से मांगे और जो आपको क्षति पहुंची है और जो आपको इंटरेस्ट लॉस हुआ है उसे पैसे पर वह भी मांग करिए धन्यवाद

Q: Marriage between Indian citizen and foreign citizen

I want to get married to a foreign citizen in India, so that we can continue living in India. What is the best way to get married legally? Court marriage under Special Marriage Act, as part of which we make an application for registration, wait 30 days until solemnization, and acquire a marriage certificate once the period of solemnization is complete? Or, getting married through Arya Samaj customs, acquiring a marriage certificate, and then getting registered with the Marriage Registrar?

my dear you have not told me whether you are a girl or a boy neither you have told us this that what is your religion and your other better half religion because it would be very easy for us to tell them that what you should do which marriage is better for you but in any case Arya Samaj marriage is not recommended at all because Arya Samaj certification is not a valid certificate for marriage they have never got a santati for giving a marriage certificate supreme court has also had many cases presidence stating that arya Samaj marriage certificate is not legal. so if you talk one on one I can give you better answers
