I filed a civil suit for recovery of 20 lak, my advocate ask for 10 % plus expenses, which i got agree.Now there are two counter cases filed by opposite party of 15 lakh & 10 lakh, now he want 10 % as a fee in both cases.
is it justified as he is already taking 10% of primary case
