heard a news that the lawyar fees changed from 2% to 1% . Is this true?My property market value is 1926000. I paid 129891 by bank chalan for registration stamp and govt fees. I want to know how much ammount i have to pay totally? There is any rules of lawyar fees? Pls let me know 14
You need to pay total amount of Rs21000/- towards legal fees for completion of the registration work inclusive of all departmental expenses . One more thing I would like to inform you once again that there is no such legal rules for lawyers fees for registration of property.
