In the Haryana Courts you would need to provide for a local surety, in case you do not know of any person, we can provide you with the same on a nominal fee charged. For further in formation please contact us.

Dear client,
You can't stand surety for yourself, some other person can be your surety. Moreover, property of any location in India is acceptable by Ld. Court but it should be verified by the local revenue authority.

For further clarification or assistance you can call, meet me.

sir it depends upon the court to court, however the court prefers to take surety of the person who is resident of the city of the court where the case is pending, so you try to find out the person who belongs to that city. It may be possible that court grants you favour that you can furnish personal bonds i.e. a bond of money which can be deposited as surety, but this is the cindition when court grants you the permission.

The matter is of total discretion of the concerned judge. You must first see if the Judge has ordered specifically for a local surety which is the case usually. This is because the realization of such a security is much easier since it is within the jurisdiction of the Court. But in special circumstances the Court may allow for a security that is beyond the jurisdiction of the Court. You will have to take permission from the Court for the same and if you can put your case well before the judge, you should be able to get such relaxation.
