How to get session court to reduce the bail bond amount.

My brother is in Kanpur jail under crime no 29/2015 u/s 323/504/506/376 ipc & 8/6 pocso act. Allahabad highcourt granted bail. . The session court open one lacs order for each surities. We are unable to fulfil the condition of bail almost 3 months gone after bail and my brother is still in jail as judge is not ready to reduce the bail bond amount plz suggest what to do is there any ruling of apex court for reducing the bail bond amount plz inform

In such a matter no specific ruling will be available as applicable to all cases. I think you can approach to high court for seeking writ under article 226 of the constitution. Consult your local advocate. Since your matter is in Kanpur Lucknow bench of Allahabad high court has jurisdiction. You can easily consult there. If you wish I can refer you some good advocate there.

It can be done and You can contact me as I have done two cases earlier and the bond was reduced from 10 lacks to 50 thousands and from 40000 to 10000. And their are several rulings of high Court and supreme court

You can always file an application before the high court and get the amount reduced. It is provided in the statute itself. Just ensure that you get a written order so that you can challenge the same before the High Court

If a person after getting bail and the sureties amount fix by lower court and the person is unable to arrange the sureties amount , that order can be challenged before High court under section 482 CR. P.C and high can reduce the surety amount

You can apply revision appeal in sessions court that you are unable to pay this amount as you are not have this much so kindly give lessor ammount .it is totally depend on judge so if he feels so it could be possible
