WITHDRAWAL OF NAME FROM COMMON WRIT PETITION

Sir/Madam, my team has engaged an advocate for filing writ on matter of promotion. I had signed the authority letter in which our advocate has been authorised for taking action on behalf of me on the case. But my team is not including my matter in the WP. As intimated by my team, the case has been mentioned before high court Delhi. The Writ Petition has not yet submitted to the court. Now i dont want to keep my name with the case. Please tell me how can I remove my name from the case.

A deletion application will be filed before the court asking to delete you name from the petition and quoting the grounds of deletion your name from the petition , based on which court will delete your name from the petition.
