That this is clear case of False promise on the pretext of marriage, a criminal case can be lodged against the accused and also an FIR or the complaint can be lodged in the respective police station citing the series of incidents and entire story in legal way.

Yes. Appeal can be filed in the respective courts having the appellant jurisdiction and the case of quashing of FIR can be lodged in respective High Courts and Supreme Courts too. And person can also avail the writ jurisdiction as a matter of right.

whife ne police complaint kari thi feb 2021 and police forwarded complaint CAW Cell may 2021 waha par voh jhoot bolna shuru kr dia ki but written complaint m dhahej ka koi jikar nai kia CAW cell me Uske sare ornaments retrued kar dia or yeh bhi likhawa lia future m koi hor dowry article nai mangegi but usne ghar ane se mna kr dia or 6 month ka time manga or mediation cell me yeh agreement hua ki hum dono sath nai rahenge jab tak hum mutual agree na ho ya fir divorce hoga but abhi fir na vo ghar aa rahi hai or divorce ke liye bhi maan rahi hai ese main kya krna chahiye ki mujhe hrass na hona pade or easily divorce mil jaye or mere pass wife ke kuch cruelty ke evidence h. police complaint lodge at 13 feb 2021 and she mentioned that we separated from December 2020. and she temporary withdraw her complaint (which is mentioned her application) at CAW cell on aug 2021i have one baby boy jo wife ke sath h.

I was caught drunk driving with bac of 0.48mg/100ml of blood). I forgot to carry my original driving licence with me and they refused to accept my license on mparivahan app. The police officer also seized my RC. Hi, my younger brother got married at 18/July/2021. After marriage wife of my brother abuse our family and gave threat to make a fake case under dowry act to our family my brother support her.
