How to remove a one of the defendant's name from my case?

Hello sir, I have registered a complaint with the consumer forum Ahmedabad.. I have filled the complaint against 4 parties.. Now i want to remove 1 party who is no more relevant to my case.. Please suggest the ways to do it.. Judge told me to make the application for the same.. What is the format for the application??

You can move an application under CPC or CPA for removal of parties. However it is advised that in case the said defendant has entered appearance then they shall file an application ofr removal of their name from array of parties as it is no longer a proper and necessary party to the said case.

A general format for an application which can be easily searched from the net
A general format will work
Title the application as "Application for filing amended memo of parties"
State the reasons for the deletion of the name of the party and attached a new memo of party along with it

You just give an application requesting judge mentioning same reason that particular party is not relevant so you don't want to proceed against him. With prayer that party may be removed . after order you delete it with red pen .that's it

You can file an application for the removal of parties under CPC or CPA. It is recommended that if the defendant has appeared in court, they should file an application to remove their name from the list of parties. This is because the defendant is no longer necessary and a proper party.
