Right of Son in law in Father in law's property

I am married and have a kid...May I know the rights of a son in law in property of Father in law.
You have no rights in your father - in - law's property. The only persons who will have any right in your father - in - law's properties are his legal heirs and you are not a legal heir of your father - in - law

your son has no right in the property belongs to his father. As long as he is minor he is entitled to maintenance. The age of your son is not forthcoming in your question. I hope is is still minor as you have addressed him as kid.

In your problem you have not informed about the properties and way of acquiring by your father in law.
You wont get any property from your father in law. In case if it was the inherited property you can try through your wife. Other wise you wont get any right over his property.
