Legal Heir of Deceased son in Hindu family

Who are the legal heir when Hindu married man dies? Hi was married but do not have kids. Do parents and the wife of deceased son (all 3) are the legal heir?
When a male hindu dies, his wife, children and mother will be legal heirs. Father will not be a legal heir as hindu succession act. Father will come as a class II legal heir when wife, children or mother are not available.
