Madam,

You and your two daughters will be the legal heirs of your deceased husband's self acquired property as well as his share in the ancestral property. Your in-laws cannot force you to include your sister-in-laws names as the legal heirs of your deceased husband.

You have and your children have rights. it depends on you to include your sister-in-law or not. Since it is not your husband self accrued property, it depends on your will and wish. If your father-in-law is supportive to you and your kids. Then you need to listen his words.

Good morning
After death of your husband you along with two daughters become ĺegal heirs. Married sisters of your husband have no rights in the property. As father of your husband is still living the Will has not come into force. You can as well contact Advocate for ĺegal Advice.
