I have been tortureing by wife since last few year.

If my wife tortured me, messed me up, tried to kill me, and sometimes locked me in a room which act can affect this case?
If she tried to kill you and if the other allegations are correct you can immediately lodge an FIR against her for an attempt to murder, wrongful restraint/confinement and plenty other sections.
