I got married in February 2021. After sometime we ( husband and me) have some issues. In January 2022 due to conflict with husband I came back to my parents and stayed with them for 6 months. After that period my husband came to my city and we started living together. In may 2023 i gave birth a girl child. From the last month my husband didn't contact us. Because I refused to go his parents house as weren't in touch with me since last year and also abused my family. nWhat should I do?
you should file a case for domestic violence and maintenance for you and your daughter. court will order your husband to pay the monthly maintenance charges. you may also get court orders for living in your in-laws house.

hello and Regards your husband cannot do that and presently you can file a petition under section 9 Hindu Marriage Act for contact in your husband and taking the help of the quotes to reside with your husband again and if there has been any torture or anything wrong with you can also file accomplant Domestic Violence Act
