Hi my husband filed divorce case under cruelty and went out the house... My husband and his family harressed me and my mom, dad ... They are demanding dowry .. and my husband beating me due to that one year back i lost my hearing... He filed divorce and purposely went out the house.. i waited there 1 month but doesn't come also didn't give any response to me... Gave police complaint... And return to my mom's house... And filed DV and rcr in my hometown.. he is also living in banglore... And now he planned to vocate his chennai house... Without informing me... Also already running divorce case on poonnamalle court.. now what can I do ??
You need to proceed with the cases so that orders will not be passed in your absence. Hearing loss due to physical abuse is a serious issue and difficult to prove in court unless you have all cogent evidence. You need to be aware of your husband's new address for smooth running of cases.
