Mentally and physically tortured husband by wife

I got married on 2015 .it's a love marriage and we married after 4 years of relationship with big struggule as wife's parents are not intrested on me.as my salary was just 20K and I am private job holder. After marriage my starts complaing about my stand with her I.e I should missbehave with my mother .Then complains comes about my love affection then it comes to my job financial condition after that it comes to my infertility..so I was mentally and physically tortured by her.Last case was very sever so her father came and took her. problem is I want divorce but she did not..and her father and her father fronds are Dsp and lawyer where as I don't have any reference in law and order department.What can I do please suggest..Mentally I m depressed and thinking for suicide but when I think for my parents I control my self....Please save me from wife.
Don't worry at all, your life is precious , law has given you enough scope to fight like brave, and consult a advocate for proper action . In this case you may take divorce under the ground of cruelty . And focus on your work.

File a complaint in local police .may contact a lawyer for drafting in appropriate language .give copy to Human rights commission. Then file a divorce case .if police does not register case ,file a petition at sdjm court for direction to police to investigate and register. Here also keep HRC informed .

Don't worry d law of our land & its guardian Supreme Court protect u.No advocate or police z above them. One case lady used to made out u/s 498(A) where by husband & relatives were arrested but now SC has directed not to arrest. So ur fearless has gone, next z divorce. C doesn't want then mutual z not possible but u can file divorce u/s 13 (a).
