My Friend brother in law (Rahul) and his wife having issues. Rahul lives in Amritsar and his wife resident of Ludhiana. The marriage solemnized in Ludhiana. but after marriage issues arises and now she file a case under 125 CRPC in Ludhiana court . my friend does not receive summons for two times. summon went back. my question is:can we receive summon or not and can court order for non bailable warrant and when.can we file case of restitute of conjugal rights in Amritsar.

The person blamed victim that he lended him 5.2lakhs and got signed cheque from him as he was friend of him. Victim says he never tooked money from him and he handed the cheque to commission agent as security who was brother in law of that person. The person says he selled the plot so he had money but when the balmed person god ledger that plot is not belongs to him.but victim got punished by district court appeal was rejected by dc. Q: No response of refund/return of led bulb under warranty
Bought bulb of eveready company from amazon which comes under 1 year warranty. It was pack of 6 bulbs out of which 1 bulb fused after 3 months. I emailed and called company and raised a complaint. Everytime i called them they say it will take time even after 1 year they are saying same.
