Q: stones in the box instead of phone

I have received product but when opened the box is wrong and there are stones in the box. Contacted amazon support they are denying and refund or replacement. The package is closed and have the same id as I have in the email thats why i shared the otp. I have video of opening the box too. Not sure where to go as their support is denying again and again

hello and regards showing that it is uncontested consigned it means that you have not appeared in the case and that you need to get a bail in the case and then appearing your case if you are from the accused if you are from the comprehension side it means that the quiz is not appearing and you you need to get him declared proclaimed offender and then get him arrested

Q: Separation and refund of marriage expenses

My sister is married since last 1.5 yrs, she is pregnant now & has already faced an abortion due to complications. Her husband and in laws give her lots of mental stress and adopt indirect methods to extract money from her. She is govt servent and her husband is also govt servent. Now we want separation and refund of expenses on marriage. How should we proceed? Can we file claims on behalf of mother as she is widow and pensioner?

hello and regards you a case for divorce directly few directly won't a divorce and along with that you can also file case for maintenance you can get monthly maintenance from your husband and that will be under section 125 CrPC also if you are treated with cruelty buy your husband then you can file a case under domestic violence

if your sister has filed divorce and other person is not appearing, you should file other petitins also like maintenance case or domestic violence and if the husband has done 2nd marriage you can also file a complaint with the police department
