What to do when husband is torturing and harassing the wife

Due to daily insult and hard language..i left house untold to any body. Searched and send to parental home daily husband calling nd harassing then again I left home for 3month again I came back but situation is same..dnt know what to do
Hello mam, do not worry for such situation. Because there has been a law/ statute enacted for protecting women from such torture and harassment. You can file a complaint under the Domestic Violence Act by which your husband will be liable for punishment by way of paying you monthly maintenance allowances every month and also he will pay you the cost and expenses of the case that you will do. Secondly, file an fir under section 498A of IPC against your husband and he will be arrested immediately. You may go for divorce to the family court afterall.
