What legal steps i can take if my wife is cheating

Hi, I'm staying in gurgaon with my wife and having 2 kids. From last one and half year I have seen and notices so many time, my wife is talking with a guy on call and on whatsapp chat in late nights. nnJust 6 month ago I caught in while talking with that guy in kitchen when she was cooking. There was a very big fight happen that day and i have threatened I'll file a case against both of you, she apologizes and said never repeat. I though about my kids and furure problems, So i forgive that timeAfter a month the same things are started and she is still talking with that guy, I have taken some photos of her talk and calls details, duration in morning while she is sleeping. There are kisses and love emojis in the talk and whatsapp video call and 1 am. Call details like incoming call and talked for a hour and moreNow can you please advice what should i do. I want to take action against both of them. Please advice.

your wife is in relationship with another person in extra matrimonial affair and you want to take action against them, then there is only one thing you can do as in India now adultery is not a crime i. e. divorce....

You can file a criminal complaint or FIR if he is threatening yiu or yiu can also file an comolaint against6yiur wife if sh ei salso threaten to you or the best option for you is that you take divorce from her because if there is affair in a relationship that will never go for long and one day you have to suffer loss.. Precaution is better than cure.. You can file dovirce case against her on the basis of adultry and cruelty and also you have not give any money to her if adultry proved.. And file custody case of child if required and also file domestic violence case against her and other options also

you can file divorce on the ground of adultery against your wife..and in this case she will not entitled to claim any kind of maintanence or any alimony from you .and along with it also file a case for children custody...on this ground you will get children custody easily

Listen to this loudly: Adultery is an acceptable ground for divorce. The Hindu Marriage Act, Section 13, provides different grounds for divorce. First is adultery. Women cannot be punished for illicit relations with their husbands.
