Me and my wife along with 10 year lod son live in a flat. My wife made physical relation with other person at my home while I was out (at least on known instance with video proof). Later I investigated and gathered video of another person entering the flat in my absence.I have audio clips in which she is admitting to another male that she wants to be in relationship with him.How strong are these evidences for me to get divorce?

You can file divorce case on the basis of cruelty and adultery and for the mental harassment u have faced, you can also file domestic violance case on the bases of cruelty she done and you have other rights also based on the facts

There is no punishment for cheating only if he perform second marriage without having divorce from first marriage one then he can be punished otherwise you have right to file police compliant regarding harassment and other relevant sections against him and can also domestic violance case against him on the base of cruelty

My wife have shifted to Australia 1.6Yrs ago. As of now I don’t know the current address of her. There is an issue with serving divorce notice because of this. I have served notice 3 times through court to her Aadhar card address but notice has reached her. “Notice of Respondent not served. The petitioner shall serve Notice to the respondent by 24.01.2025 failing which OP stands dismissed for default. Call on 24.01.2025.” From recent hear. What can be done in this situation.

U can serve her notice through WhatsApp or email if possible other than u can make request to the court to publish the summon in newspaper there after they proceed with the ex parte process and the suit continue

Q: RWA Hooliganism On Car Parking Outside Society

In my apartment parking of 4 wheelers is not allowed inside. As per BBA its mentioned resident can park in open parking. Now 2 people have started paid parking space and they are forcing resident to pay and park in that parking space. If people park on side roads outside society then they begin to armtwist and threat to remove car from side road. I want to know how to end this hooliganism of RWA , do they have any businessand authority of what is happening outside society on road by citing that car parked outside cause traffic congestion issue.

You have to complaint to the president of the society and u have right to park your car free if it is mentioned in your agreement and of all conditions are in your favour then the charge grabbed by them is illegal and you can file a civil suit against them and can get the compensation and also got register the civil case for recovery and declaration
