Q: Sister in law harassing my mother

36F, living with parents, brother, and sister-in-law (married early 2024, love marriage of 5 years). We bought a house 9 months ago: parents paid 60L, I paid 20L, brother pays EMI (family business), house is in mother's and brother's name.Sister-in-law harasses and shouts at my mother regularly, does no chores, contributes nothing financially. My mother now has stress-induced high BP. I have video proof of altercations.We want to evict them from the house and I am willing to take over the EMI.

You can evict her as the owner has all right to evuct any person if she is not willing to help the owner and if she is harassing your mother then she can also file case under senior citizen act and evict her.

Q: Fir quashing fees to be paid by whom after divorce decree received.

I had to accept unfair settlement from husband to get mutual divorce.. Now the husband says he will not pay FIR quashing fees ,for the FIR which is filed against against him.I have no objection for FIR quashing.2nd motion is to be passed on 17 April,2026..If I don't Quash FIR after divorce decree..can I get remarried legally?What to do to make husband pay the FIR quash legal fees? Also I need to remove surname from my adhar which was submitted during FIR,can it affect FIR quashing.

You need not to pay any fees for quashing, it depends upon the mutual settlement agreement you have signed, it is his problem to quash case against him, your duty is to withdraw all cases which is in your hand and he will withdraw all his cases and inFIR case you can be hostile at the stage of your evidences if he want to quash earlier he will go to high court and quash the case for more information you need to discuss further

Need to know the process after challan drink drive sec 185 only at random naaka. Police said it is warning challan only and I have to go to district court to dispose it off by paying fine which judge will decide. BAC 96 mg/100 mL. Police said that I will get SMS regarding the CNR generation but no SMS till now. Pariwahan website shows challan details with amount 0 and status "Sent to court" on the next day of incident. However its a week now and there is no new update on the challan status.

You need to hire a lawyer and visit the court, your lawyer will put the application and call the challan and then either you have to pay the challan or you can contest the challan, thereafter your vehicle will be released after disposal of challan.

Me and my wife along with 10 year lod son live in a flat. My wife made physical relation with other person at my home while I was out (at least on known instance with video proof). Later I investigated and gathered video of another person entering the flat in my absence.I have audio clips in which she is admitting to another male that she wants to be in relationship with him.How strong are these evidences for me to get divorce?

You can file divorce case on the basis of cruelty and adultery and for the mental harassment u have faced, you can also file domestic violance case on the bases of cruelty she done and you have other rights also based on the facts

There is no punishment for cheating only if he perform second marriage without having divorce from first marriage one then he can be punished otherwise you have right to file police compliant regarding harassment and other relevant sections against him and can also domestic violance case against him on the base of cruelty
