Legal action against husband ignoring after marriage

Hi, I have married 5 months ago in Arya Samaj Mandir without our parents permission, we both are doing PhD from different institutes. He ignores me all time, does not take interest in me. When I go to him, he beats me if I strictly says to live with him or to disclose our matter in family now. When I talked over phone he abuses me and block my number. After blocking my number, I have lost my temper and writes him whatever comes in my mind to console myself. He threatened me to file complaint against me to see my msgs in which I abused and blamed him to destroy my life. I also says him if he does not love me it means he is involved with another girl there as his friend also told me about 2-3 girls take interest in him. I do not know what is right or wrong. But now he says he does not want to continue this relation while I want to live only with him. pls give me suggestion what should I do to live with him with dignity.he is getting 8 thousand stipend for 2-3 years more to survive thr.

In this case firstly u have to proof that the marriage was solemnized with mutual consent of both the spouse alongwith proper rights and rituals and if u have any of the photographs in your possession that could describe that u two both are married .once it is clear that the marriage is legal and u want to live with him with dignity then u can file a case in family court under section 9 for And claim your rights. And if u dont want to live with him then u can file a criminal case or FIR in concerned police station.

first thing that you are married by law, its not matter that where and how you married , and if your husband is not giving you attention and love and also general expenses its come under mental harassment and cruelty.
its cover under women protection and domestic violence act.
