G nahin. after failure of mediation ur file will again go back to court and there u may force for quashing FIR. why ur advocate is not saying this thing to you for more brief u may call me & if you like my reply then please put a nice review on law Rato

dear client as per your query I can only suggest you that do appear in every date which is fixed by the mediation centre it will help you for future you can go anytime in Supreme Court but I would say pursue your matter in High Court first then proceed further for future paid consultation please contact us with your relevant documents.

Hello..
You can get the relief from Allahabad High Court only as your case is still pending as it has been referred to mediation...and if mediation fails then you will get the relief of quashing of FIR from High Court only...You case might not be disposed off....So let the mediation happens...

mediation fail hone par mediator apne aap file ko wapas court mein bhej denge, aur high court ke judge aapka mukadma sunke tayy Karenge. abhi supreme court jaane ke aapke pass koi mauka nahi hai. pls feel free to get in touch incase you need any further assistance
