Can a video be used as an evidence in court to prove guilty.

We had a meeting including members from both side and we have audio and video recording of this meeting. Can we use those recordings as an evidence to prove opposite side as guilty. Will court consider the same. Case is from Delhi..

yes you can definitely use the audio and video recordings . however there are some legal and procedural requirements to be done before being able to use them. but to answer your question simply. yes it can be considered.

Forensic of these recordings will be done by directions of the court. you have got a case. corroborate recordings with witnesses.
