Dear Madam,

You must appear on the day of Lok Adalath and say that you are not ready for compromise on any terms. Thus, your compromise memo will be rejected. You should not sign any compromise petition on the day of compromise if insisted by anybody including your advocate.

Just by taking your signature on a compromise the memo you are advocate cannot manage your divorce degree against you when you are not willing. the matter will be finally heard by the concerned judge and then a decision will be made.

Be present on that day before the court and make one submission to judge that your not interested to compromise you will withdraw the compromise memo if your not agreed fully to compromise no one can force you to do that. or you tell your advocate to not file the application without your presence
