Are audio call and hidden video recordings admissible in the court

how much does Indian courts give their decisions basis audio call recordings and hidden video recording as proof against the bride's mother who is pressurizing that she will file a false case against the groom or else pay a BIG amount to her after which she will file the case of divorce as normally mutually agreed Divorce.

Respected Querist, All the video recording as well as the audio are admissible only till extent if an 65 B Evidence certificate is taken otherwise it is not admissible but still court can consider the contents of the same but same is not admissible.

Yes it is admissible in court though it is secondary evidence it is evidence in court of law you have to produce evidence before the court regarding the recorded evidence if it is found wrong a criminal case cafn be fpt registerd against the party for furthrt conseltstion yoi can contact me on meetibg

yes audio clips are very much admissible as per section 65B of Indian evidence act .These are relevant under Electronic Evidence a certificate has to be placed on record by you stating that the audio /video clips you presenting are true and best of your knowledge .
