It depends upon the nature of matter, under which act that matter is filed and consent of parties, etc... Normally matter can be transferd by moving application showing jurisdiction where actual cause of action has been arose

As a procedure it can be done but much depends on what kind of case it is and the circumstances relating to the facts in the case. Such an order can be taken from the High Court of your particular state.

There is provision in law for transferring of cases from one state court to another state court. Supreme court having powers of such transfer of cases only if such reasonings and sound circumstances are there to satisfy the SC of India

If anyone wants to transfer his Case from one State to another State then he has to file Transfer Petition before Hon'ble Supreme Court of India. After hearing of both the parties, if Hon'ble Supreme Court deems its necessary for Complete Justice, the matter will be transfer to requested State.
