How to stop transfer of case from one state to another
25-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
me & my family living in bhatinda ,Punjab from starting,my marriage held at Ludhiana ,Punjab. after some issues we had filed a case under Section 9 in civil court but now my wife trying to tfr this case from here to other state Bangalore. pls suggest is it possible. Her all relative living in Ludhiana,also she is studying not doing any job etc.
Dear within the state , high court has power to transfer the case, outside the state only supreme court has the power, if you have her proof of Ludhiana, then is very difficult for her to get the transfer specially section 9 case. For details contact me..

If u filed ur case at any place for some of readon if you want to transfer that case then you have to give sufficient reasons to tranfer the same by mentioning reasons for tranfer otherwise case can not be tranferred

This case cannot be transferred if she is living in Ludhiana. If she and her parents are living in Bangalore, then court may consider to transfer the case. But the fact that you got married in Ludhiana weighs heavier rather than her only studying in Bangalore, if her parents and relatives are living in Ludhiana.
