Can you suggest me is it possible to transfer the case from one State to another? and how to transfer a case from one state to another ?

It depends upon the nature of matter, under which act that matter is filed and consent of parties, etc... Normally matter can be transferd by moving application showing jurisdiction where actual cause of action has been arose

Q: Police not registering FRI against husband for domestic violence

police not registering Fir in domestic violence case against the husband. please let me know how to file fir for domestic violence ?

File a written complaint with se. Inspector of police in local police station of area and also inward the copy of complaint to the office of additional commission, commission of police and deputy commissioner and keep filing reminders... Still fir they don't register the fir then file private complaint before magistrate u/s. 153 of Cr.P.C. or 202 of Cr. P. C

Q: Summons Has Been Served With Complaint Copy By Email

We have filled Commercial suit at City Civil Court, and summons and complaint copy has been served to the defendant,But he is not appearing in court so what to do?

due to covod pandemic courts are restricted to not to pass any adverse order in any reguler matter. but if defendant doesn't appears in court after summons you can ask your advocate to proceed with the matter and get an exparty order against defendant.

Q: how can I use Sec 307 on my husband and mother in law Please guide

Shall I charge sec 307 on my husband and mother in law however I don't have any proof. 2 times they tried to throw me out from balcony.

it is difficult to lodge a complaint under 307 without any proof but but you can please make a complaint to a police station narrative story same to file a complaint against your in laws. even if police officer to take complaint you must file a written complaint and inward the same with police station. at least file in C with police station that you are under threat from your in laws they have attempted to kill you and for that they can also attempt to kill you in future. after making repeated complaint if police denies to lodge FIR private complaint can be filed in court .

Q: Regarding matrimonial issue would like advice and correct pathway

please contact me to discuss same.. wife and i separated living since 2 years.we have one child of two year. we tried to reconcile but it fails. I am trying my.efforts but she and her family is not responding and picking up phone as well to discuss.Already there is lot of time went for separation we both are not living together and does not exist any cohabitation. I am always mentally disturb and it is been affecting my career and life as well. I even not understanding whether she wants to join me or not.either she responding nor she telling me her decision.so how can I proceed for mutual divorce with knowing her dicision/concent? Already lot of time wasted and I am also disturb.. please advise and guides on how to proceed.

if your wife is not responding you must send a legal notice to your advocate seeking his answer whether she wants to live with you or she wants to get divorce by mutual consent wait for her reply if she doesn't reply you must proceed with legal options
