What is the possible way to not get arrest if I did not extend stay

filed civil suit in a land issue and got injunction order upon sc person then after that sc person filed a false case on 3 members (me mother father )under 447,427 r/w 34 ipc sec 3(1)(r)(s) of sc/st (poa) ammendment act -2015 in 2018 and my father got arrested and got bail after 12 days and in the remand copy officers wrote me and my mother as absconding then officers told we will remove from chargesheet . In 2021 officer are frequently called for police station so me and my mother applied for quashing 482 crpc and got stay upto 2/03/2021 .but we didn't extend stay because one officer told that I will solve land dispute unfortunately that officer was suspended in some another matter . . . Notices are also given under 41 crpc for my mother and me after quashing is applied ..is now officers can arrest me? is there any possible way to not get arrest ? If am arrested After how many days I will get bail ?am student sir please help me..

Sorry to know about your situation. If there is no stay on investigation then there is no pre arrest protection to you and therefore it is open to the investigation officer to arrest you if he wishes. You got to apply for anticipatory bail.

you have to apply for anticipatory bail and take protection from arrest. as FIR is already filed, notices are also issued, the police can resort to arrest. so my advice is to take anticipatory bail as soon as possible.

You should get an Anticipatory Bail. Anticipatory Bail is like Covid Vaccine. It is like a Precautionary Measure. If you don't want to get arrested, get a Bail in advance before getting arrested. However, you need to remain underground until you get Bail from Court.
