Fake and fabricate case of atrocity filed how to get justice

Someone is file a fake atrocity case against my father last week from 5 days my father is in central jail. i already hired a lawyer but i want to take legal action against that person who file fake case of atrocity.i need guidence..how can i rescue my father and and give justice to him?

to prove that the allegations were false and fabricated one has to face trial, however i would advice you to get your father bailed out first. also you can file case for defamation and compensation after it is proved that the case was false. also you must check whether the complainant belongs to sc st or obc
