Punishment for false atrocity case filed by someone against me

What is the punishment by court to the one who files false atrocity case against me?
You can file a counter complain about him for a false case and also you can file a defamation case u/s 500 of IPC. Punishment is simple imprisonment of 2 years or FIne or Both. It's a non-cognizable and Bailable offense.

The Supreme Court ruled on Friday that the use of foul or abusive language towards a member of Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes is not enough to bring a case under SC/ST Act (Prevention of Atrocities). Instead, remarks must be casteist to make a person liable under law. 20 May 2023
Can I get bail in Atrocity Act?
In the event of an offense under the Atrocities Act, you can apply for bail before the Sessions Court. The Court of Session is the only court that can try these offences. If the Sessions Court rejects the accuseds bail application, the accused can appeal to the High Court.
