What is meant by PEREMPTORILY fixed cases?

PEREMPTORILY fixed cases , what is meant by them and also what is to be done if a PEREMPTORILY fixed cases is adjourned for two successive hearings??

a peremptory listed case means that it has been listed by the orders of the court and will not be adjourned. due to some reasons if the no. doesn't come it will be listed urgently again. you should wait and the case shall be listed again.

peremptorily fixed cases means it is listed continuous till the disposal of cases
the matter in context of adjournment depends on the court proceeding some court set it's own rule in context of adjournment and your case will govern through the rule of the court

peremptorily means that the case is fixed on urgent basis and on the next hearing it will be put on initial serial number and the matter will definitely be taken up by the hon'ble court thereafter u wont have to worry about hearing
