Can I apply for Quashing DV case as DIR is not present?

Fake DV case and Domestic Incidents Report [DIR] is not present/submitted. Current Stage: Order passed for Child Custody, visitation rights provided for Wife to take both Kids 2 days in a Month. Maintenance IA is still running and no Orders passed for same.
Can I apply for Quashing DV case in High Court only based on Domestic Incidents Report [DIR] is not present/submitted? Is there any chance that Quashing DV case will be rejected?
Since you have filed an interim application in the court & you have bestowed or enhtrusted with the possession of custody of your kids for 2 days, through filing an IA, for me to come to peremptory conclusion I need to be articulated with brevity of facts, which here are seemingly inadequate. after going through the facts of the case, what law seems to be fit in & the rulings or judgement of the appellate court deemed fit in your present fact, I will be able to tell u.
