Query about Pleading stage in civil suit case

My Advocate hiked his charges from Rs 5000 to Rs 33000 for documentation, summon,oath etc when questioned he says he has to send the case suit by Registered Post to the three defendants. I want to know whether the defendants are required to collect the file from court of is the case suit file actually sent by registered post to the defendants?
The Case suit file in my case has about 150-200 pages.

Sir, if you have filed the case, then you would have to provide a set of all filed documents to the opposite party as it is the procedure to call upon the opposite party, and providing them the opportunity to present their case on the basis of the allegations made against them by you.
You must clarify about the fee hike with your Lawyer but the person who has filed the case has to send a complete set of the case so filed before the court, so as to let the opposite party to contest the case.
