Sir, what does 143 mean in property? I purchased a plot from a builder, and the entire land is under Section 143. Is mutation required for the plot if it is part of the whole land? How will my name appear in Bhulekh? The builder mentioned that 143 land mutation is not required. Also, can dakhil kharij be possible if the land is already under Section 143?

this is very confusing. the builders generally don't tell the truth and they try to sell a land which is either disputed property or some defect.ask for information in the tehsildar court.also take out the original papers. of the property.

Q: Can cell phone records prove adultery in India

For fighting a DV and divorce case, how can I get a court order to obtain phone call records and Gmail chat history from the past 7 years? Background: I was scolded by my wife's lover over the phone (I have the call records) on the very first day after our marriage 7 years ago, and the marriage has been non-consummated. Since then, my wife and I have been living separately after our families verbally settled the matter. Now, her lover and she are trying to extort money and have filed a DV case against me and my family. Consequently, I have filed for divorce. She has been living with her lover (who is married to another woman) in secret. I have many hotel records showing where she stayed with her lover. However, I need their phone call records and Google chat history from the server (even if deleted). I need to prove adultery and cheating and want to send both of them to jail. How can I get a relevant court order for this? I am willing to go to the Supreme Court if necessary.

Hello As per your submission above you have enough evidence so as to implicate your wife and her lover and the court shall grant you divorce.You have all the hotel records etc. Too which is more than sufficient.Regards

An agreement such as this can be made and registered. that agreement is valid and can be enforced in a court of law.but for it to be used effectively it should be registered in the presence of 2 witnesses.

this is a very serious issue. you should lodge a criminal complaint against him immediately for criminal intimidation extortion and rape.various sections of the IT act are also applicable in this case as he has breached the trust and forcibly having sex with you.were the videos made with your consent or not?
