Dear Sir,

Your friend may approach High Court for getting anticipatory bail though it was rejected by Sessions Court. It is not a big offence and the High Court will release the Accused by imposing certain conditions.

yes he can apply for anticipatory bail in high court, you have to mention in the said application that the bail application filed in session court was rejected and can also produce the copy of order passed by session court, as the said offences are not punishable with death or imprisonment for life, it is very likely to get bail in high court, further if the bail is filed before chargesheet and rejected when charge sheet was not filed, and if now the charge sheet is filed, he can again apply to the session court for bail there is not restriction, and if chargesheet is filed chances of getting bail increases.
