My father had a self-acquired property and he died intestate 1995.After his death, my brother and my mother sold this property in 2001 mentioning that They were the only legal heirs. I was a major at that time. With this money, my brother bought other properties claiming he self-acquired.Now my brother and mother both expired and I learned about this sale recently and a third party is in possession. Can I claim by partition suit? Will there be any limitations??

I am married since 14 months. My wife had a lover and has been meeting him without notice since 1 year when i am not in town.
