Q: 16year old duaghter need divorce from parents

My daughter studying 2nd puc and her behavior is not good from 9th std, we are correcting her but she not listening our words, she always shouting at parents, and always she refusing us, now she moveing from out of house to leave independent life in the society. So in this situation what parents need to do?

As she has still not completed 18 years of age the whole responsibility and control is on parents, if she ever does that firstly try to convince her through some relatives or friends or approach the police station if she leaves the house, if she is behaving abnormal contact psychiatrist. as she has not completed 18 years you cannot just leave her to lead independent life.

Q: Parking issue, deliberate refusal to co-operate.

My neighbour who stays on rent, makes it difficult for me to park my car in my own parking area. she deliberately parks it in a way, which makes maneuvering my car difficult trying to park. despite numerous requests, she refused to co-operate. i live in India. Kindly guide me.

just issue a legal notice and still if she continues the same file a police compliant for unlawful restrained or you can file a suit in court asking for injunction not to park her vehicle in your way, better to first speak to her politely and if she does not listen, issue a legal notice and then if still thing do not improve file a suit and get injunction order.

I seek legal guidance regarding my newborn son’s birth certificate in Karnataka. My son’s birth has already been registered and the birth certificate was issued recently. The current certificate contains the surname “Bhajantri”. My wife and I are considering changing our son’s name to either “Vivek Mallikarjun” or “Vivek Vidyasagar”. just approach the office with affidavit and application and request to change if they do not agree you have to file a case in court and get an order for change in name, but if the change is to be done within a year from birth it is allowed or they will probably ask you to bring a decre from court and you can approach the court and get the order and get the name changed.

Buying flat in b'lore, Sale Agreement done with seller (married senior citizen with 1 married daughter) paid 10% of Sale Consideration, Sale Deed and all property docs (Sale Agreement with Builder, EC, Khata, Bank Loan, Property Tax records) are in his name, Don't want any surprises after registration so asked his family members signature as consenting parties at registration and family tree. The Seller isn't agreeing as he is saying its self acquired property, not required, What are our Options

As it is self acquired property legally he is right , just ask him if he has any documents to show that if is self acquired if he is not ready better to get it done without consent if he is not cooperating but do mention in the sale deed that for family necessity he is selling the property as it will safe guard you even if there are any objections in future from his family as there are judgments that the karata of family can sell the property for family necessity.

Q: filing for divorce petition by husband

I am filing divorce on mental cruelty ground. And there are 14-15 instances. I put all details in the draft. The lawyer is saying if you put all it will backfire on you. The opponent lawyer will ask you many questions and trap you. Better limit it to 2 para only. My question: 1 divorce is caused by many things. If all are true why should I fear? 2 how can judge verdict without knowing all details?

you can put all the things and you are right but see to it that they are drafted in a very precise and short manner so that the petition does not become too big, the petition should be short and it should also cover all the essential things , further all the instances togather will prove your point more clearly.
