Q: Stay Order for construction on my site

I have purchased site in 2008-2009 and completed the sale deed same time.Recently when went to take permission to start construction i came to know about stay order on my site.I have all the records of tax payment till date. in this scenario how can I clear stay order.

I will assist you with respect to the issuefirst you need to collect the case number and check the details about on what basis the stay order has been passed.then you need to implead yourself as a party in the case if you're not and contest the matter and vacate.

Q: Cheque bounce case-I am about to receive cheque bounce memo from bank

I and one builder entered into agreement for refund of my deposit ( which I deposited for allotment of flat ) . Builder issued 8 post dated cheques, out of which I got the payment of 4 cheques and for 2 cheques, I am about to get cheque bounce memo from Bank. I am sure that by first week of Feb 24, I am expecting the cheque bounce memo from bank concerned.. I want to proceed against him . pl advise, how to proceed further.

Q: Sale agreement made for 10L repayment with interest and failed

Sale agreement for 10L was made against property value of 40L, had to pay 2% per month interest and repay 10L plus interest before 2years of sales agreement execution, i failed to do so and now lender has taken possession and deeming owner rights on land. Is this legal

Q: File for Divorce or Invalid marriage

I had done my marriage registration but never got married as per Hindu rituals, hence legally I was married, but due to long distance and COVid I later decided not to go through this marriage as per rituals, I have not lived with my legal husband together even for a day, do I now file for divorce or can I petition for invalidation of marriage?

Q: Owner of the beauty parlour not issuing course completion certificate

Greetings....my name is Nikhil from Dharwad, my wife had successfully completed her 06 months beautician Course from a beauty parlour in dharwad, but the owner of the parlour is giving lame excuses for the past 6-8 months and not giving course completion certificate. My wife had paid complete course fees at the start...so need help with this issue now..
